This 28 square home was custom designed and built by Brave Developments in association with James Rigney Architects Pty Ltd as a long term home for a young and very busy professional couple.

Located on a corner site, the home was designed to maximise the northern exposure to key living areas. Internal finishes were chosen to be low maintenance to suit the needs of the clients, with floor tiling throughout and landscaping also designed to be low maintenance and water friendly.

By utilising the long boundary of the block, this home appears much larger and grander than it actually is.
